About The Robb Inn Bookshop
Started in January 2003, The Robb Inn Bookshop has in excess of 10,000 used, out-of-print and rare books currently listed in the store. The inventory covers a wide range of subjects including fiction, religion, spirituality, health, politics, history, medical, childrens, biographies and textbooks. The books are carefully stored in a dry and temperature controlled environment to ensure their condition is maintained.
The Robb Inn Bookshop is an internet business run by Gill Robb and based in Camberley, Surrey. The name came about when a good friend jokingly made the connection between the surname of Robb and a plant stand in the front garden which looked just like a Pub sign. Hence The Robb Inn was formed and we took the British robin as our logo.
Foreign Books
We have a fair-sized selection of books in foreign language; Japanese, Korean, Russian, Swedish, Dutch and Spanish to name a few. These can be found listed under the individual language within the Foreign Language category.
These are ten volumes Lettres de Madame de Sevigne: A Sa Fille et a Ses Amis; Nouvelle Edition par Ph. A. Grouvelle - A. Paris, Chez Bossange, Masson et Besson 1806. The first volume has a letter attached (as shown). This has not yet been translated and the books are as yet unlisted on our site but enquiries welcome.
When dealing with antiquarian books, we are more than happy to supply scans of the cover, hinges, pages etc. together with detailed descriptions of the condition.
